As summer comes to an end that can only mean one thing, back to school. Children in the Rainier Community School District head back to school August 31st. Yelm children get a few more days off and head back to school on September 6th.
Both the Rainier and Yelm School Districts out shine many of the surrounding districts with smaller class sizes and outstanding scores on SAT and WA State Education Standard tests.
Keeping with the small town feel the teachers in these school systems strive to create a high level of education in a loving environment making both Yelm and Rainier a great place to raise children!
