Live Band from Yelm Livens up Parties

A friend of mine was looking for a local band to play for her 40th birthday party in Yelm this month.  It seems few people ever think of live music anymore with karaoke gaining so much popularity.  And, with the $100-$200 price tags on mega music concerts nowadays, who can afford to hear really good live music?  Well, turns out, Yelm residents can.

Reichel Road Runners is a garage band from Yelm that plays like the pros without the high dollar price tag or the endless ego.  My friend didn't find these guys in the yellow pages or surfing the web.  She found them in our local music store, Uncle Roy's Music.  Uncle Roy has his own band who've been playing together for years perfecting their sound and enjoying the company of good friends and good music.  When my friend asked the guys in the store to recommend a small local band to entertain at her party, they said they didn't know any.  So, she said, how about you?  You play, right?  And, guess what?  They did!  Not only did they play, they played well.

Reichel Road Runners entertained with the best sounds of the 80's on jamming lead guitar, bass, drums and a super vocalist duo that rivaled any of the music we jammed to a few years back on the radio with our spiked hair and parachute pants.  This versatile band also plays bluegrass and worship music, and they do it all with such a great attitude and professionalism that I would recommend them to anyone wanting to liven up their holiday or special occasion.  If you're tired of Uncle Joe's out-of-tune crooning, you might think about hiring in these really great professionals to bring back the old-time rock concert feel in the comfort of your own home or party venue.  Seriously, they rock!
