As unusual as it may sound to those not from our little town, you truly can find good sushi and Japanese food in Yelm. Kinja, located @ 1304 E Yelm Ave, is a true find. The atmosphere is cozy, the wait staff is friendly, and you can sit either at a table or at the Sushi bar. Speaking of sushi, the sushi and sashimi is incredible, fresh, and made to order. A full menu of quality Japanese food is waiting to be explored. As as is the case in most of the quality restaurants in Yelm, their high quality meat is supplied by Yelm's own Stewarts’s Meat Market. The Beef Yakisoba is the best anywhere, and is served with rice, salad, and soup. The gyoza is spot on. Steaks are perfect, tempura and teriyaki are excellent, and the fish and vegetables are fresh. A full bar keeps your whistle wet. If you are in the mood for a dine-in experience or for a quick take out, Yelm's own Kinja’s Japanese Restaurant is a winner.

"Brandi's patience and professionalism is what I will carry with me from this experience. My home purchase became quite the extended mess, set back after set back, on the sellers part. Without Brandi's ability to explain all the steps we were having to take and retrace, I would have lost my patience. And not once during the whole stereotypical real estate "nightmare" did she lose her cool. Brandi made my first home buying experience one I'll never forget, in a good way!
