Wondering what that enormously odd silver building is alongside the Tacoma Dome off of I-5? It is a little beguiling, what with it looking like a mix between a potato bug and an unused bolt of staples. What is actuallyis, however, is even more fun than the guessing!
TheLeMay Automobile Museumconstruction in downtown Tacoma began shortly after the official groundbreaking ceremony held on June 10, 2010. Since groundbreaking, retaining walls have been positioned, the foundation is being poured and building has been constructed and near completion!
The museum will be home for some of the late Harold LeMays' prized automobiles, a collection rumored to total well over three thousand cars. LeMays has long been recognized as one of the world’s greatest car collectors, and his family has worked diligently to create a physical space to allow people to come and see just what he was most passionate about.
Keep your eye as the building in Tacoma nears completion, and most certainly mark your calendar for the Grand Opening on June 2, 2012!

"Brandi's patience and professionalism is what I will carry with me from this experience. My home purchase became quite the extended mess, set back after set back, on the sellers part. Without Brandi's ability to explain all the steps we were having to take and retrace, I would have lost my patience. And not once during the whole stereotypical real estate "nightmare" did she lose her cool. Brandi made my first home buying experience one I'll never forget, in a good way!
