You’ve always gone out for sushi but why not try making it at home? Let Executive Chef Dustin Joseph of Chambers Bay Grill and his team reveal the art of making sushi. In the class you’ll learn how to make proper sushi rice, the basics of sushi rolling and identify the best, fresh fish to use, as well as properly filet and slice it. You will also make a wakame (seaweed) salad and classic nigiri rolls. While enjoying the class you’ll be able to taste local wines that are available for purchase. The class will be held on Monday, July 16th from 6:00-8:00pm at Chambers Creek Regional Park in University Place. The cost is $50 per person or $95 per couple and the class is for ages 21 and up.
