As any mom knows, finding time to get back in shape while taking care of your little one can be quite difficult. With Stroller Strides, moms can combine working out and playing with their little one as well as socializing with other moms. This stroller based fitness group that that works on cardio, strength training and core training and also focuses on a new mom’s exercise needs. The classes are for moms with children ages 6 weeks to preschool age and are held monthly, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9:30am – 10:30am at Frontier Park in Graham. The fees for the classes are listed below, however Stroller Strides is offering a free trial class on Monday, June 3rd 2013 from 9:30am – 10:30am at Frontier Park.
