The Key Peninsula Metropolitan Park District is a municipal office located at Volunteer Park. The district is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of community parks and recreational activities. In addition to park and trail maintenance, the district runs recreational programming for adults and children in the community as well as giving out grant money to community groups.
