This weekend I received a letter from Capital One that someone tried opening an account in my name. At first I thought it was junk mail until I confirmed the phone number of Capital One. "Brandi's patience and professionalism is what I will carry with me from this experience. My home purchase became quite the extended mess, set back after set back, on the sellers part. Without Brandi's ability to explain all the steps we were having to take and retrace, I would have lost my patience. And not once during the whole stereotypical real estate "nightmare" did she lose her cool. Brandi made my first home buying experience one I'll never forget, in a good way!
