These days smart phones can do amazing things. If you are in the market to buy a home they can be your most important tool.
As you drive around and look for properties that are for sale, you will start to notice more and more real estate agents using those funny bar codes called QR codes on their signs and flyers. If you scan the QR code with an app on your phone it typically will take you to a website that gives you the full details of the home. It also shows you more photos than are on the paper flyers and can also take you on a virtual tour.
If you are wanting the most up to the minute information on a home that you have been watching you can get mobile alerts on your phone that will inform you of price reductions, if the listing has been moved to a pending status because it has an offer on it, or if it has come back on the market.
