It's time again for the Nisqually Valley Home, Garden and Trade Show.Last year we had a wonderful showing of vendors (over 100) who demonstrated some really great products from businesses all over the Western Washington region. The Children's Hands-On Museum entertained the kids with several really fun crafts like fancy newspaper hats and collages.Students from the Yelm High School art department sold some really cool etched glass art, and there were free giveaways everywhere.
But, my favorite part of the event was Yelm's Got Talent.Area residents performed their very best talent (singing, dancing, musical instrument playing, etc.) to a panel of judges who chose Yelm's best talent. There is no age limit, so anyone can participate. If you or your child would like to show off his/her talent this year, all you have to do is fill out the online form and send it in to the Yelm Area Chamber of Commerce. Now is a good time to start practicing your act.You will have to keep it under three minutes, so choose wisely.

" Brandi spent an entire Saturday running my husband (who had just flown in for a couple days from Connecticut) all around to different towns near and far from the Olympia area. She was very friendly and professional in every interaction we have had, and she always looked out for our best interests. I believe she sincerely wanted to help us find the perfect house to suit our preferences. In addition, she drove to several homes that we were interested in and made videos so that we could get a clear idea of what the houses and neighborhoods were like. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Brandi! Best experience we've ever had with a realtor, hands down. "
