Of those 205 homes, 56 are short sales, and 28 are bank owned listings.
5 homes were sold in yelm in the month of November, a 79.3% decrease over October.

The median home price in Yelm was $172,600.
The median sold sales price was $164,400, a decrease of 19.5% over October.
The average price per square foot (ppsf) was $100.70.
The average home loan interest rate was 3.85% (WOW!!! Looks like the time to call Brandi to look for some homes!!!).
